Terms of Use

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Krid, the invoicing and payments service at kridpay.com and in the Krid iPhone and Android apps, operated by Revline Pty Ltd ("Revline", "we", "us"). Krid is a product of Revline Pty Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple's or Google's terms also apply to that purchase.

Who we are

Krid is a product of Revline Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Throughout these terms, "Krid", "we" and "us" refer to Revline Pty Ltd. Contact us at contact@kridpay.com.

Your account

Krid is for businesses and sole traders. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to your workspace.

Plans

  • Krid Free: free forever. Issue up to 3 invoices a month (the allowance resets on the 1st, Sydney time). Drafts are unlimited, and the invoices, customers and payments you already have always stay available.
  • Krid Pro: $19 AUD a month, including GST. Unlimited invoices and every Krid feature.
  • An invoice counts toward the Free allowance when it's issued. If you leave Krid Pro, you return to Krid Free; nothing you created is deleted.

Free trial

  • Each business can have one 14-day Krid Pro trial. We decide whether a business has already had a trial using details such as its ABN, email addresses, phone number and account history, and may decline or end a repeat trial. Krid Free and Krid Pro stay available either way.
  • On kridpay.com the trial needs no card. When it ends you move to Krid Free automatically unless you've chosen to subscribe. You're never charged without subscribing.
  • If you subscribe during a web trial, your first $19 payment is taken when the trial ends.
  • In the iPhone and Android apps, the trial is an introductory offer from Apple or Google. When you start it, you authorise Krid Pro to renew automatically at the price shown ($19 AUD a month) when the 14 days end, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Apple or Google decides whether your account is eligible for their introductory offer.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

  • Krid Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • On the web, Krid Pro is billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from Plan & billing in Krid (Manage subscription); Krid Pro continues until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • In the apps, Krid Pro is billed by Apple or Google to your store account. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Payments aren't refunded for part-used months, except where the law requires (including the Australian Consumer Law). Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Stripe, Apple or Google may retry it. Krid Pro may continue while they retry; if they can't collect payment, you return to Krid Free.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Taking card payments (Stripe)

Krid lets your customers pay your invoices by card online, and lets you accept contactless payments with Tap to Pay on a supported phone. These payments are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account, which you connect to Krid and which is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (stripe.com/connect-account/legal) and Stripe's Services Agreement.

Money from your customers goes to your Stripe account, not to Krid. Stripe charges you its own processing fees (including any fees for international cards and Tap to Pay) directly.

Krid charges an application fee of 0.30% of each card payment taken through Krid, deducted automatically when the payment is made. The Krid fee isn't returned if a payment is later refunded, disputed or reversed.

You're responsible for your refunds, disputes and chargebacks, and for meeting Stripe's requirements. Krid records payments on your invoices from Stripe's confirmations; your Stripe dashboard is the authoritative record of funds.

Your responsibilities

  • The information on your invoices, including tax and GST details, is yours to get right. Krid doesn't give tax, accounting or legal advice.
  • Only add customer information you're allowed to use, and handle it lawfully, including when Krid sends invoice emails and optional review requests on your behalf.
  • Keep any records you're legally required to keep. If you delete your account, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Don't misuse Krid: no unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use, and no attempts to get repeat free trials or to interfere with the service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime in Account & Security. Businesses you solely own are deleted with their invoices, customers and payments; businesses with another owner continue without you. A Krid Pro subscription billed by Stripe or Google Play is cancelled; an App Store subscription must be cancelled by you in your Apple settings.

Service and liability

We work to keep Krid available and accurate, but it's provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable. Email delivery depends on email providers and isn't guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Krid isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Krid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
