Card payment fees are separate from your plan
When a customer pays you online, the payment is processed by Stripe. Tap to Pay is coming soon and will also use Stripe. You pay Stripe’s standard processing fee plus a 0.30% Krid platform fee on each payment, deducted before the money reaches your account. Your subscription never includes processing fees, and there are no other hidden charges.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. One free trial per business. On the web, Krid Pro is billed monthly by Stripe; the iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, with billing by Apple or Google. If you cancel, Pro continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
You choose. Subscribe to Krid Pro for $19 AUD a month, or do nothing and your account moves to Krid Free automatically. Your invoices and customers stay put either way.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and Pro is unlocked for 14 days. You only add a card if you decide to keep Pro.
What does Krid cost when customers pay me by card?
Stripe’s standard processing fee plus a 0.30% Krid platform fee per payment. These fees are separate from your subscription and come out of each payment.
What counts towards the 3 free invoices?
Each invoice you issue in a calendar month. Drafts don’t count. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited invoices.
Does Tap to Pay work on my phone?
Tap to Pay is coming soon to the Krid iPhone and Android apps, and Pro members will get it first. Expected requirements are iPhone XS or later, or an Android phone with NFC. Support will depend on your phone model and country.
Can I use Krid outside Australia?
Krid is built for Australian businesses right now, with AUD pricing, 10% GST and ABN on tax invoices. New Zealand support is planned.
When are Google review requests sent?
Automatically after an invoice is paid, while your customer is happy. You can switch it on or off at any time.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Krid’s prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
